- Preheat the Oven:
- Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Allow it to preheat while you prepare the quiches.
- Grease Muffin Pan:
- Grease a muffin pan to prevent sticking. This ensures easy removal and a perfect presentation.
- Prepare Egg Mixture:
- In a bowl, beat together 5 large eggs, heavy cream, grated onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-combined.
- Prepare Puff Pastry:
- Cut the puff pastry sheets into squares. Line each muffin hole with a puff pastry square.
- Layer Ingredients:
- Divide chopped ham and half of the grated cheese among the muffin holes. Spoon in the egg mixture, and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake to Perfection:
- Place the muffin pan in the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the quiches are golden and set.
- Serve and Enjoy:
