What a fabulous recipe! Even better then next day…if you can wait that long!

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Allow it to preheat while you prepare the quiches.
  2. Grease Muffin Pan:
    • Grease a muffin pan to prevent sticking. This ensures easy removal and a perfect presentation.
  3. Prepare Egg Mixture:
    • In a bowl, beat together 5 large eggs, heavy cream, grated onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-combined.
  4. Prepare Puff Pastry:
    • Cut the puff pastry sheets into squares. Line each muffin hole with a puff pastry square.
  5. Layer Ingredients:
    • Divide chopped ham and half of the grated cheese among the muffin holes. Spoon in the egg mixture, and top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake to Perfection:
    • Place the muffin pan in the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the quiches are golden and set.
  7. Serve and Enjoy:
